To provide the eccentric increaser that can be easily installed with a lower end of an expanded diameter part facing downward.SOLUTION: An eccentric increaser of the present invention comprises an extended diameter part 43 that has an upper end extending from the upper end of the first straight pipe part 41 along a central axis of the first straight pipe part, and extends in diameter and lowers as the lower end moves away from the first straight pipe part along the central axis. An alignment part 45-1 indicating the lower end of the extended diameter part is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the extended diameter part, a linear part 74-1 extending in a central axis direction is provided on each outer peripheral surface of the first straight pipe part and a second straight pipe part 47, and the alignment part and the linear part overlap each other in a circumferential direction of the extended diameter part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
