To make it possible to simply form a groove-shaped storage part 6 for storing an external device 5 by hollowing out a back surface material 10 and fillers when a panel body 3 is formed by adhering front and back materials 9, 10 and the fillers 8 interposed between them via an adhesive by pressing processing.SOLUTION: By forming a panel body 3 by press processing a sheet material 13 in a state where it is interposed between storage part fillers 8a and a surface material 9 at a storage part 6 forming part of the surface material 9, the panel body 3 is in a state where the storage part fillers 8a are not adhered to the surface material 9. 【課題】パネル体3を、接着剤を介して表裏面材9、10とこれらのあいだに介装される充填材8とをプレス加工により接着することで形成したものとしたときに、裏面材10と充填材とを刳り貫いて外部装置5を収納するため凹溝状の収納部6を簡単に形成できるようにする。【解決手段】表面材9の収納部6形成部位に、シート材13を収納部用充填材8aと表面材9とのあいだに介装した状態でプレス加工をしてパネル体3を形成することで、収納部用充填材8aが表面材9に接着されない状態のパネル体3とし、これによって収納部6を現場でも簡単に加工できるようにする。【選択図】図6
