To easily form a recessed groove-like space part 6 for housing an external device 5 by removing a first face plate 9 and an auxiliary filling material 8a when a panel body 3 is formed by bonding the first and second face plates 9, 10 and a filling material 8 interposed therebetween through an adhesive by press working.SOLUTION: A part corresponding to a storage part 6 of a second surface plate 10 is provided with an auxiliary member 12 having an auxiliary surface part 12a arranged on an inner surface of the second surface plate 10 and an auxiliary crosspiece part 13c arranged in a state of being interposed between a first surface plate 9 and the second surface plate on its peripheral edge, press working is performed in a state where an auxiliary filling material 8a is provided on the auxiliary surface part 12a, and an opening part corresponding part 9b of the first surface plate and the auxiliary filling material 8a are removed, thereby allowing easy processing of the storage part 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】パネル体３を、接着剤を介して第一、第二面板９、１０とこれらのあいだに介装される充填材８とをプレス加工により接着することで形成したときに、第一面板９と補助充填材８ａとを除去して外部装置５を収納するため凹溝状の空間部６を簡単に形成できるようにする。【解決手段】第二面板１０の収納部６相当部位に、該第二面板１０の内面に配される補助面部１２ａと、その周縁に第一、第二面板に介装される状態で配される補助桟部１３ｃが形成された補助部材１２を組み込むと共に、補助面部１２ａに補助充填材８ａを設けた状態でプレス加工し、第一面板９の開口部相当部９ｂと補助充填材８ａを除去することで収納部６を簡単に加工できるようにする。【選択図】図５
