To provide a traversing device for a three-dimensional parking device that can simplify the structure and reduce the weight.SOLUTION: In a carrier that mounts a pallet and moves up and down the hoistway and a three-dimensional parking device that moves the pallet horizontally between the parking room and the carrier, the carrier includes a moving frame that can traverse, two moving sprockets provided so as to be rotated in the moving frame, a fixed chain with both ends fixed and hung around the moving sprocket, a drive gear that rotates coaxially with the sprocket, a driven gear that meshes with the drive gear, a mating arm that rotates with the rotation of the driven gear, and a mating roller that is provided in the mating arm and mates with the pallet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
