COMPRESSION KNEADING DEVICE FOR GRANULATED CEMENT
To provide a compression kneading device for granulated cement in which a composite material comprising cement and oils and fats is compression-kneaded into a uniform state like kneaded Udon and Soba.SOLUTION: A compression kneading device is provided with a casing mechanism 10 having a receptacle body 11 making a square shape to be charged with a composite material. The device is provided with a compression kneading mechanism 20 for kneading the composite material charged into the receptacle body 11. The casing mechanism 10 is composed so as to horizontally move the receptacle body 11. A compression kneading tool 21 is placed at the surface of the moving receptacle body 11. The composite material in the receptacle body 11 is kneaded by the compression kneading tool 21. The composite material kneaded by the compression kneading tool 21 is horizontally moved together with the receptacle body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメント及び油脂類を含む複合材料を、あたかも練り込んだうどんや蕎麦のごとく均一な状態に圧縮混錬する造粒セメント用圧縮混練装置を提供する。【解決手段】複合材料を投入する角皿状を成す受皿体１１を有するケーシング機構１０を設ける。受皿体１１内に投入した複合材料を混錬する圧縮混錬機構２０を設ける。受皿体１１を水平移動するようにケーシング機構１０を構成する。移動する受皿体１１上に圧縮混錬具２１を配置する。該圧縮混錬具２１で受皿体１１内の複合材料を混錬する。圧縮混錬具２１で混錬した複合材料を受皿体１１ごと水平移動する。【選択図】図１
