COMPRESSION HARDENING DEVICE FOR GRANULATED CEMENT
To provide a compression hardening device for granulated cement capable of securely integrating a composite material comprising cement and oils and fats even if a disintegrant or a thickener is added thereto.SOLUTION: A compression hardening device for granulated cement is provided with a pair of pressure rolls 10 for compression-hardening a composite material obtained by kneading cement with oils and fats. Cross section V-shaped compression horizontal grooves 11 are largely formed on each surface of each pressure roll 10. The compression horizontal grooves 11 are orthogonal with respect to the longitudinal direction of the pressure rolls 10. A composite material is compressed so as to be a thickness of 1.0 to 2.0 mm. The depth of the compression horizontal grooves 11 is controlled to 0.5 to 1.0 mm. The width of the opening parts of the compression horizontal grooves 11 is controlled to 1.0 to 2.0 mm. The angle of the bottom parts of the compression horizontal grooves 11 is formed so as to be a right angle or an obtuse angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
