PILE HEAD ISOLATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a pile head isolation structure and a construction method thereof that further enhance the integrity between a solidification member on which the isolation device is fixed and an existing pile, for suppressing rigid body rotation of the solidification member with respect to the existing pile even more effectively.SOLUTION: An existing pile 2 is fabricated beforehand that has a plurality of reinforcing anchor bolts 5 embedded in a top end portion of cylindrical outer shell concrete 4 disposed inside a steel pipe 3. In the construction process, the existing pile 2 is installed in a ground G and an inner void portion 2a at the pile head is filled with a solidification member 9 to make a top surface of the pile head smooth, at the same time embedding a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars 6 and a plurality of fixtures 8 in the solidification member 9, the vertical reinforcing bars being connected to a top end portion of each of the reinforcing anchor bolts 5 and the fixtures being laid out in a circumferential direction of the pile leaving an interval in between. Furthermore, an isolation device 13 mounted on the top surface of the pile head is fixed on the existing pile 2 through the plurality of fixtures 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震装置が固定される固化部材と既製杭との一体性をより高めて、既製杭に対する固化部材の剛体回転をより効果的に抑制できる杭頭免震構造およびその構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管3の内側に配置した筒形状の外殻コンクリート4の上端部に複数本の補強用アンカーボルト5が埋設された既製杭2を製造しておく。施工工程では、既製杭2を地盤Gに打設し、杭頭部の内空部分2aを固化部材9によって埋めて杭頭部の上面を平坦にし、かつ、それぞれの補強用アンカーボルト5の上端部に接続した複数本の縦補強筋6と、杭周方向に間隔をあけて配置した複数の固定具8とを固化部材9に埋設した状態にする。そして、杭頭部の上面に載置した免震装置13を複数の固定具8を介して既製杭2に固定する。【選択図】図1
