VERTICAL PIPING UNIT, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF VERTICAL PIPING UNIT, AND MOUNTING METHOD OF VERTICAL PIPING UNIT
To provide a vertical piping unit, a manufacturing method of the vertical piping unit, and a mounting method of the vertical piping unit to a building, capable of minimizing site man-hours.SOLUTION: A vertical piping unit 100 is constituted by integrating a thermal insulation material 3 attached to cover a circumferential surface of piping 2 excluding its upper and lower end portions and a mounting portion to a building, a protection material 4 attached to cover the circumferential surface of the thermal insulation material 3, and at least two vertical pipes 1 provided with takeout pipes 5, by a frame 10. The vertical piping unit 100 is suspended from a roof floor to a mounting part in the building in a vertical state, and fitted to a pipe end of an upper end portion of an existing another pipe, then the pipe ends are connected by welding and the like, the frame 10 is also mounted and fixed to a support member, further the mounting portion to the building, of the piping is attached and fixed to a support at a building side, the next vertical piping unit 100 is mounted and fixed to the building by a similar process, then the thermal insulation material 3 is attached in a manner of covering the circumferential surface of the connection portions of upper and lower end portions of the connected pipes, and the protection material 4 is attached in a manner of covering the thermal insulation material 3 from its upper portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】現場工数をなるべく低減できる竪配管ユニット及び竪配管ユニットの製造方法並びに竪配管ユニットの建物への取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】竪配管ユニット100は、配管2の上下端部と建物への取付部を除いてその周面を覆うように装着された保温材3と、当該保温材3の周面を覆うように装着された保護材4と、取出し管5が設けられた少なくとも2本の堅配管1を架台10で一体化されている。堅配管ユニット100を垂直状態で屋上から建物内の取付箇所まで吊り下げて、既設置の別な堅配管の上端部管端とを合わせた後、溶接などで管端同士を接続し、前記架台10も支持部材に取付け固定し、さらに、配管の建物への取付部を建物側の支持に取付け固定した後、同様の工程で次の堅配管ユニット100を建物に取付け固定し、その後接続した配管の上下端部の接続部の周面を覆うように保温材3を装着し、その上から保温材3を覆うように保護材4を装着する。【選択図】図4
