To restrict a stress relaxation with time and reassure a water-stop performance in a long term.SOLUTION: A washer 50 arranged between a nut 40 and a presser plate 30 is formed in a taper shape in which a radial outer side is situated at one side in a thickness direction of the washer 50 compared to the inside. It is deformed elastically so that the radial outer side of the washer 50 is deformed to the other side in the thickness direction by tightening force of the nut 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】経時的な応力緩和を抑制して長期間に亘って止水性を確保できるようにする。【解決手段】ナット40と押さえ板30との間に配置される座金50は、径方向外側が内側に比べて当該座金50の厚み方向一方側に位置するテーパ状に成形されている。ナット40の締め込み力によって座金50の径方向外側が厚み方向他方側に変位するように弾性変形する。【選択図】図1
