To improve transfer efficiency of rotational torque of a driving source to a spring in a spring winder.SOLUTION: A spring winder has a spur gear 7 with an insertion part of a shaft, a means to transmit turning force of the spur gear 7 to a spring, a worm 8 that engages with the spur spring 7, and a drive shaft 9 that integrally rotates with the worm 8 and can be connected to a rotationally driving source. Portions located on both ends of the worm 8 of the driving shaft 9 are rotatably supported by bearing members 13, 13. The bearing members 13, 13 are formed of a material that is softer than the driving shaft 9 so as to more easily wear than the driving shaft 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
