METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING BOX GIRDER BRIDGE
To provide a method of constructing a box girder, the method being capable of shortening a construction period, and requiring no recombination work for an erection work vehicle or bracket for supporting the erection work vehicle.SOLUTION: Half-precast column head parts 17 are arranged on a bridge pier 2, and concrete is placed inside. Brackets 20 are provided on left and right side faces of the half-precast column head parts 17, formwork and timbering for left and right floor slab overhang parts 10 of an upper floor slab 5 are assembled on the brackets 20, the concrete is placed to construct the upper floor slab 5, and a column head part 8 is constructed on the bridge pier 2. Then, on the upper floor slab 5, a coupling erection work vehicle 30 obtained by integrally forming front and rear erection work vehicles 40 which project from the column head part 8 in the bridge axial direction are arranged, and using the same, front and rear blocks of projecting erection parts 9 which project from the column head part 8 in the bridge axial direction are constructed. Then, the coupling erection work vehicle 30 is divided into the front and rear erection work vehicles 40, and the front and rear erection work vehicles 40 are moved on the latest constructed blocks of the projecting erection parts 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】工期を短縮できる上、架設作業車の組み替え作業や架設作業車を支持するためのブラケットを必要としない箱桁の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】ハーフプレキャスト柱頭部17を橋脚2の上に配置し、その内側にコンクリートを打設する。ハーフプレキャスト柱頭部17の左右の側面のそれぞれにブラケット20を設け、ブラケット20の上に上床版5の左右の床版張出部10のための型枠・支保工を組み立て、コンクリートを打設して上床版5を構築し、橋脚2上に柱頭部8を構築する。その後、上床版5の上に、柱頭部8から橋軸方向へ張り出す前後の架設作業車40を一体にしてなる連結架設作業車30を配置し、これを用いて柱頭部8から橋軸方向へ張り出す張出架設部9の前後のブロックを構築する。その後、連結架設作業車30を前後の架設作業車40に分割し、前後の架設作業車40を張出架設部9の最新の構築済みブロックの上へ移動させる。【選択図】図2
