【課題】高速道路等の道路脇に設けられる吸音壁に使用される吸音板であって、パネル体の内部に入り込んだ雨水等をより効率的に排水することが可能な吸音板の提供。【解決手段】パネル体の内部に吸音材１４を備える吸音板１であって、パネル体の内部の吸音材１４の下側に配され、パネル体の長手方向に沿って延び、当該長手方向に沿った方向で傾斜する排水レール１７と、排水レール１７が最も低くなる箇所付近に形成された排水口と、を備えることを特徴とする吸音板１。【選択図】図２
