HEAT INSULATING WATERPROOF STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a heat insulating waterproof structure capable of performing waterproofing construction more simply and in a short time by using a fixing plate and a fixing tool without adding a special member when laying and fixing a waterproof sheet on a metal roof material by a mechanical fixing method, and reducing looseness of the fixing tool by the effect of vibration by wind.SOLUTION: A heat insulating waterproof structure comprises a heat insulating material laid on a metal roof base, a waterproof sheet laid on the heat insulating material, a fixing plate having a through-hole arranged on the heat insulating material to fix the waterproof sheet on the metal roof member, and a fixing tool fixed to the metal roof member from above the fixing plate through the through-hole; a resin coating layer is provided on an upper surface of the fixing plate, the fixing tool is brought into contact with a resin coating layer of the through-hole peripheral edge part which is a peripheral edge part of the through-hole, and the fixing tool has looseness reducing means for reducing looseness at a contact part with the metal roof member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属製屋根材の上に機械的固定工法で防水シートを敷設固定する際に、特別な部材を追加し用いることなく、固定板と固定具を用いて、より簡易に短時間で防水施工ができ、風による振動の影響により固定具の緩みを低減する断熱防水構造を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】金属製屋根下地の上に敷設された断熱材と、前記断熱材の上に敷設された防水シートと、前記防水シートを前記金属製屋根材の上に固定するために前記断熱材の上に配置される貫通孔を有する固定板と、前記固定板の上から前記貫通孔を通して、前記金属製屋根材に固定されている固定具と、を備え、前記固定板の上面には樹脂被覆層を有し、前記固定具が前記貫通孔の周縁部である貫通孔周縁部の前記樹脂被覆層と接触され、前記固定具に前記金属製屋根材との接触部分での緩みを低減する緩み低減手段を有している、断熱防水構造。【選択図】図1
