MAIN COLUMN MATERIAL REPLACING DEVICE AND MAIN COLUMN MATERIAL REPLACING METHOD FOR ANGLE STEEL IRON TOWER
To provide a main column material replacing device and a main column material replacing method for an angle steel iron tower, capable of replacing a main column material near a bent point with the main column material replacing device installed over the bent point of the main column material of the angle steel iron tower.SOLUTION: The main column material replacing device for the iron tower equipped with two fixing tools fixed to two main column materials connected to both ends of a replacement main column material and a support member installed between the two fixing tools, is constructed such that the fixing tools have connection metal fittings fixed to the outer side surfaces of the main column materials, pairs of long support frames fixed to the connection metal fittings, parallel to each other and installed at right angles to the main column materials, and joint metal fittings rotatably attached between the support frames. The support member has an upper end connection tool fixed to the joint metal fitting of the upper fixing tool, a support steel pipe formed by one or a plurality of unit members and adjustable in length depending on a used type and a number, and a jack fixed to the joint metal fitting of the lower fixing tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】山形鋼鉄塔の主柱のベンド点をまたいで主柱材取替装置を設置して、ベンド点付近の主柱材を取り替えることができる山形鋼鉄塔の主柱材取替装置および主柱材取替方法を提供する。【解決手段】取替主柱材の両端に連なる２つの主柱材に、各々固定される２つの固定具と、これら２つの固定具の間に設置される支持部材とを備えた鉄塔の主柱材取替装置において、前記固定具は、前記主柱材の外側面に固定される連結金具と、前記連結金具に固定され、互いに平行で、前記主柱材に対して直角に設置される長尺の一対の支持フレームと、前記一対の支持フレーム間に回動可能に取り付けられる接続金具とを有しており、前記支持部材は、上方側の固定具の接続金具に固定される上端接続具と、使用する種類及び個数によって全体の長さが調整可能な１つ又は複数の単位部材で形成される支持鋼管と、下方側の固定具の接続金具に固定されるジャッキとを有する。【選択図】図１
