REPLACEMENT DEVICE AND REPLACEMENT METHOD FOR MAIN COLUMN MATERIAL OF IRON TOWER CONSTITUTED OF ANGLE STEEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement device and a replacement method for a main colum material that do not require chipping of concrete or excavation of the soil around a foundation body.SOLUTION: A replacement device for a main column material includes a fixture fixed on each of a plurality of neighboring main column materials connected on both ends of a main column material to be replaced, and a support member installed between the fixtures with a jack inserted. The fixture on at least one side is installed while being overlapped with a part of a lap joint, and includes: a plate-form connection metal fitting installed so as to come into contact with both flange surfaces of a neighboring main column material; a temporary fastening bolt inserted into a bolt hole of the lap joint of the neighboring main column material from a bolt hole of the connection metal fitting, the temporary fastening bolt having a nominal length that equals the total of the thicknesses of the connection metal fitting and the neighboring main colum material; a bolt holding metal fitting positioned so as to hold down a bolt head of the temporary fastening bolt, and connected to the connection metal fitting for holding the bolt head of the temporary fastening bolt from both sides; and a holding metal fitting connected with the connection metal fitting for holding the neighboring main column material from both sides.
【課題】コンクリートのはつりや基礎体周辺の土の掘削をすることなく、主柱材を取り替えできる主柱材取替装置および取替方法を提供する。【解決手段】取替主柱材の両端に連なる隣接主柱材に各々固定される固定具と、これらの固定具の間にジャッキが介在されて設置される支持部材とを備えた主柱材取替装置において、少なくとも一方の固定具は、重ね継手の一部に重なって設置され、隣接主柱材の両方のフランジ面に接するように配置される板状の連結金具と、ボルトの呼び長さが連結金具と隣接主柱材の厚みとを足し合わせた寸法で、連結金具のボルト孔から隣接主柱材の重ね継手のボルト孔に挿入される仮止めボルトと、仮止めボルトのボルト頭部を押さえるようにして配置され、連結金具と接続して仮止めボルトのボルト頭部を挟持するボルト押さえ金具と、連結金具と接続して隣接主柱材を挟持する挟持金具とを有する。【選択図】図1
