PUMPING METHOD OF FLUIDIZED SEDIMENT AND DEVICE THEREOF, AS WELL AS PUMPING METHOD OF SLURRY AND DEVICE THEREOF
To provide a pumping method and a pumping device allowing fluidized sediment to be efficiently and steadily pumped even when pumping between positions apart with a long distance and between positions with large difference in height as a production plant of sediment to be fluidized and a filling site are apart from each other with a predetermined distance or more.SOLUTION: A pumping method alternately performs suctioning fluidized sediment S and slurry M from a storage tank 40 of the fluidized sediment S and a storage tank 40a of the slurry M through a check valve 50 for suctioning from a suction branch tube 20a into a cylinder tube 11, and discharging the fluidized sediment S and the slurry M suctioned into the cylinder tube 11 through a check valve 100 for discharging from a discharge branch tube 20b to a discharge tube 25, to pump the fluidized sediment S and the slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】流動化処理土の製造プラントと充填現場が一定距離以上離間しており、長距離圧送や高低差圧送を必要とする場合であっても、効率よく、安定した流動化処理土の圧送を可能とする圧送方法及びその装置を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】流動化処理土Sの貯留槽40や解泥水Mの貯留槽40aから流動化処理土Sや解泥水Mを吸入用逆止弁50を介して吸入分岐管20aからシリンダチューブ11内に吸入するとともに、シリンダチューブ11内に吸入した流動化処理土Sや解泥水Mを、吐出分岐管20bから吐出用逆止弁100を介して吐出管25に吐出する動作を交互に行うことによって、流動化処理土Sや解泥水を圧送する。【選択図】図1
