To adjust an attenuation force of a viscoelastic damper, and to enhance the versatility of the viscoelastic damper.SOLUTION: A viscoelastic damper 30 comprises: a first attachment plate 40; a pair of second attachment plates 50 which oppose each other with the first attachment plate 40 interposed therebetween; and a plurality of viscoelastic damper units 60 having a viscoelastic body 62 and a pair of flanges 64 arranged at both ends of the viscoelastic body 62, arranged respectively between the first attachment plate 40 and the pair of second attachment plates 50, the pair of the flanges 64 respectively joined to the first attachment plate 40 and the second attachment plates 50. The plurality of viscoelastic dampers 60 are arranged in a position in which they are not superimposed on each other when viewed from a thickness direction of the first attachment plate 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
