To provide a maintenance system of a work machine allowing maintenance work, while securing safety around the work machine and keeping efficiency of the work machine, even when the work machine is present at a remote area.SOLUTION: A communication control device 1 determines whether or not maintenance work designated by communication data received from a maintenance tool 10 is performable, on the basis of a state of a hydraulic shovel 20. When the maintenance work is determined to be performable, the communication data are transferred to controllers 52-54 controlling the hydraulic shovel 20, and when the maintenance work is determined to be unperformable, the communication data are discarded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業機械が遠隔地にある場合でも、作業機械の周囲の安全を確保しかつ作業機械の効率性を維持しつつ保守作業を行うことが可能な作業機械のメンテナンスシステムを提供する。【解決手段】通信制御装置１は、油圧ショベル２０の状態に基づいて、保守ツール１０から受信した通信データで指定された保守作業が実施可能か否かを判定し、前記保守作業が実施可能と判定した場合は、前記通信データを油圧ショベル２０を制御するコントローラ５２～５４へ転送し、前記保守作業が実施不可と判定した場合は、前記通信データを破棄する。【選択図】 図２
