To provide a dismantling and removing method and a dismantling and removing system for a PCB treatment facility that classify objects to be dismantled and removed into contaminated objects and non-contaminated objects and dismantle and remove only the contaminated objects in advance.SOLUTION: In a dismantling and removing system for a PCB treatment facility, a management server 1 having a database 3 is connected to a terminal 2 via a telecommunication line 4. The management server 1 analyzes a degree of contamination of objects to be dismantled including apparatuses, devices, piping, wiring, or buildings present in the PCB treatment facility in advance, and records associated information on objects to be dismantled via the terminal 2. The management server 1 causes the terminal 2 to display a contaminated object list of the information on objects to be dismantled stored in the database 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】解体撤去対象物を、汚染物、非汚染物に区分し、汚染物のみを先行して解体撤去する、ＰＣＢ処理施設の解体撤去方法及び解体撤去システムを提供する。【解決手段】ＰＣＢ処理施設の解体撤去システムは、データベース３を有する管理サーバ１が、端末２と、電気通信回線４を介して接続されている。管理サーバ１は、予めＰＣＢ処理施設に存在する機器、装置、配管、配線又は建築物を含む解体対象物の汚染度を分析して、端末２を介して、対応付けた解体対象物情報を記録する。管理サーバ１は、データベース３に格納された解体対象物情報の汚染物リストを、端末２に表示させる。【選択図】図４
