To provide a vibration-proof floor structure capable of suppressing a usage amount of vibration-proof materials used in a foundation structure and efficiently obtaining vibration-proof effect on an earthen floor slab.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof floor structure comprises: an earthen floor slab 3 across a plurality of foundation structures 2; a ground side vibration-proof material 5 interposed between the earthen floor slab 3 and a ground portion 4 in a state of isolating the earthen floor slab 3 from the ground portion 4; and a foundation side vibration-proof material 6 interposed between the earthen floor slab 3 and the foundation structure 2 in a state of isolating the earthen floor slab 3 from the foundation structure 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
