【課題】遮音性能に優れ、耐荷重性を備えている防振床構造を提供すること。【解決手段】建物の上階の床５０と、床５０を支持する梁１０とを備える防振床構造１００であり、梁１０には、梁１０の有するバネ定数Ｋ１よりも小さなバネ定数Ｋ２を備える第一支持部材３０が取り付けられ、第一支持部材３０の上に、バネ定数Ｋ１よりも小さなバネ定数Ｋ３を備える第二支持部材４０が載置されており、第二支持部材４０が床５０を支持している。【選択図】図１
