To increase time at which sunlight is taken into a balcony or a habitable room facing the balcony of a housing complex through a partition for partitioning adjacent dwelling houses while securing a privacy for the adjacent dwelling houses when the partition is provided in the balcony.SOLUTION: A partition 10 for partitioning adjacent dwelling houses in a balcony includes a tip side panel 1 positioned on a lateral direction tip side in the partition 10, and a frame structure 7 mounted with the tip side panel 1. 【課題】集合住宅のバルコニーにおいて隣戸間を仕切るためのパーティションを設ける場合に、隣戸に対するプライバシーを確保しつつ、パーティションを通してバルコニー又はバルコニーに面する居室へ日光が取り込まれる時間を増やせるようにする。【解決手段】バルコニーにおいて隣戸間を仕切るためのパーティション１０は、パーティション１０における横方向先端側に位置する先端側パネル１と、先端側パネル１が取り付けられたフレーム構造７とを備える。先端側パネル１は、光を透過させるように不透明又は半透明に形成されている。【選択図】図２
