To further easily grasp a state of work executed by a work machine.SOLUTION: A work device comprises: a work unit for executing work to a work object; a first position detection unit for detecting a position of a work movable member in the work unit; a first driving unit for driving the work movable member; an operation unit for executing an operation to the work unit; a second position detection unit for detecting a position of an operation movable member in the operation unit; a second driving unit for driving the operation movable member; a conversion unit for converting control energy to an area of a position and force on the basis of a position of the work movable member and a position of the operation movable member; a position area arithmetic operation unit for executing arithmetic operation in the area of the position on the basis of a conversion result of the conversion unit; a force area arithmetic operation unit for executing arithmetic operation in the area of the force on the basis of the conversion result of the conversion unit; and an inverse conversion unit for converting to input force of the first driving unit and the second driving unit on the basis of an arithmetic operation result of the position area arithmetic operation unit and the force area arithmetic operation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
