To efficiently unload and erect a building material by one lifting device to be used.SOLUTION: A transport vehicle 95 loaded with a building material 90 on a deck 96 enters between a pair of leg parts 30 and 30. Subsequently, a tip 52 of a first wire 51 suspended from loading means 50 is connected to one end 91 in a longitudinal direction of the building material 90, and a tip 82 of a second wire 81 suspended from a lifting device 80 is connected to the other end 92 in the longitudinal direction of the building material 90. Subsequently, the building material 90 and the deck 96 are separated from one another. Subsequently, the transport vehicle 95 evacuates from the pair of leg parts 30 and 30. 【課題】揚重装置の使用は１台にして建材の荷下ろしおよび建て起こしを効率的に行う。【解決手段】建材９０を荷台９６に積載した運搬車両９５が一対の脚部３０，３０の間に進入する。続いて、荷役手段５０から垂下した第１のワイヤ５１の先端５２を建材９０の長手方向の一端９１に、揚重装置８０から垂下した第２のワイヤ８１の先端８２を建材９０の長手方向の他端９２にそれぞれ連結する。続いて、建材９０と荷台９６とを離間させる。続いて、運搬車両９５が一対の脚部３０，３０の間から退避する。そして、揚重装置８０によって第２のワイヤ８１の先端８２を上昇させることで、建材９０を建て起こす。【選択図】図１
