The energy consumption structure in the object lifetime (erection, exploitation and tearing down) is presented, taking up to energy consumption for the erection of building. The data are based on the foreign literature. The energetic intensity is influencing the cost of the erection and maintenance of the building. The energetic intensity for various building materials is presented for 1 square meter of the wall, with a heat transfer coefficient 0.80 W/m2K. The data are given in a table.
