PC TANK CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND PC TANK DURING CONSTRUCTION
To provide a PC tank construction method that eliminates the need for high-precision alignment of a lower PC steel bar and an upper PC steel bar when placing the vertical PC steel bar in a construction opening and blocking it with concrete to introduce prestress to the PC steel bar, and a PC tank during construction.SOLUTION: A PC tank construction method includes a step A in which a lower PC steel bar 41 is arranged below a construction opening 50 in a part of a side wall 20, the lower end of the lower PC steel bar 41 is fixed, and the upper end protrudes upward from a lower edge 52 of the construction opening 50, and then a sheath pipe 30 is arranged above the construction opening 50, and the side wall 20 other than the construction opening 50 is constructed, a step B in which an upper PC steel bar 43 is inserted from an upper end 31 of the sheath pipe 30 and it is directly or indirectly connected to the lower PC steel bar 41, and a step C in which the construction opening 50 is blocked by placing concrete and a grout 60 is injected into the sheath pipe 30 and the upper end of the upper PC steel bar 43 is tightened to introduce prestress.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】工事用開口に鉛直方向のＰＣ鋼棒を配設してコンクリートにて閉塞し、ＰＣ鋼棒にプレストレスを導入するに当たり、下部ＰＣ鋼棒と上部ＰＣ鋼棒の高精度な位置合わせを不要にする、ＰＣタンクの施工方法と施工時のＰＣタンクを提供する。【解決手段】ＰＣタンクの施工方法は、側壁２０の一部にある工事用開口５０の下方に下部ＰＣ鋼棒４１を配設し、下部ＰＣ鋼棒４１の下端を定着し、上端を工事用開口５０の下縁５２から上方に突設させ、工事用開口５０の上方においてシース管３０を配設し、工事用開口５０以外の側壁２０を施工するＡ工程と、シース管３０の上端３１から上部ＰＣ鋼棒４３を挿入して下部ＰＣ鋼棒４１と直接的もしくは間接的に接続するＢ工程と、工事用開口５０をコンクリートを打設することにより閉塞し、シース管３０にグラウト６０を注入するとともに上部ＰＣ鋼棒４３の上端を緊張してプレストレスを導入するＣ工程とを有する。【選択図】図３
