To prevent spreading of pathogen or malodor caused by bringing clothes attached with dirt into a common passage in a nursing facility or a medical facility.SOLUTION: Provided is a building for a nursing facility or a medical facility having: multiple habitation rooms 10A-10I; common passages 131, 231 connecting the multiple habitation rooms 10A-10I; toilets 30A-30G additionally provided at some habitation rooms out of the multiple habitation rooms 10A-10I and allowing entering without passing the common passage from some habitation rooms; and dirt disposal chambers 40A-40E adjacent to the toilets and allowing direct entering from the toilets. The dirt disposal chamber has an outlet allowing getting outdoor without passing the common passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】介護施設又は医療施設において、汚物の付着した衣類等を共用通路に持ち込むことによる病原体又は臭気の拡散を防止する。【解決手段】介護施設又は医療施設の建築物を、複数の居室１０Ａ～１０Ｉと、前記複数の居室１０Ａ～１０Ｉを繋ぐ共用通路１３１、２３１と、前記複数の居室１０Ａ～１０Ｉのうちの一部の居室に付設され、該一部の居室から前記共用通路を通らずに出入り可能なトイレ３０Ａ～３０Ｇと、前記トイレに隣接し、該トイレから直接出入り可能な汚物処理室４０Ａ～４０Ｅと、を有し、前記汚物処理室が、前記共用通路を通らずに屋外に出ることのできる出口を有するものとする。【選択図】図１
