CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PILE AND PILE HEAD FORMING AUXILIARY TOOL
To propose a construction method of cast-in-place concrete piles and a pile head forming auxiliary tool for the construction method with which high-quality pile heads of cast-in-place concrete can be formed.SOLUTION: A construction method of cast-in-place concrete piles 2 includes: a hole drilling process of forming drilling holes 4 by boring the ground G; a placing process of placing concrete into the drilling holes 4 to form the cast-in-place concrete piles 2; a curing process of curing the concrete for a predetermined period; and a forming process of forming heads of the cast-in-place concrete piles 2. In the placing process, concrete is placed to a position higher than a finished height of the cast-in-place concrete piles 2, and in the forming process, the heads of the cast-in-place concrete piles 2 are formed so that upper ends of the cast-in-place concrete piles 2 have smooth surfaces at the finished height FH.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】場所打ちコンクリート杭の杭頭部を高品質に成形することを可能とした場所打ちコンクリート杭の施工方法およびこの施工方法に使用する杭頭成形補助具を提案する。【解決手段】地盤Ｇを削孔して掘削孔４を形成する削孔工程と、掘削孔４にコンクリートを打設して場所打ちコンクリート杭２を形成する打設工程と、コンクリートを所定期間養生する養生工程と、場所打ちコンクリート杭２の頭部を成形する成形工程とを備える場所打ちコンクリート杭２の施工方法である。打設工程では場所打ちコンクリート杭２の仕上り高さよりも高い位置までコンクリートを打設し、成形工程では場所打ちコンクリート杭２の上端が仕上り高さＦＨにおいて表面が平滑になるように場所打ちコンクリート杭２の頭部を成形する。【選択図】図３
