VENTILATION SEAL MATERIAL AND VENTILATION SEAL STRUCTURE
To provide a ventilation seal material capable of preventing water intrusion from horizontal joints while securing sufficient ventilation in an exterior wall ventilation construction method, and to provide technology related thereto.SOLUTION: A ventilation seal material 1 is provided in a ventilation layer AZ formed between outer walls 51, 52 and a frame 6. The ventilation seal material 1 comprises a bending plate 2 including a draining plate 3 and a lip mounting plate 4, a lip 411 provided on a surface 41 of the lip mounting plate 4 facing the outdoor side, and a lip 412 provided above the lip 411 so as to be spaced apart from the lip 411. The lips 411 and 412 are laterally elongated members extending from the lip mounting plate 4 toward the outer walls 51 and 52. The end of the draining plate 3 on the outdoor side is arranged in a gap between horizontal joints 7 without closing the horizontal joints 7. A first notch is formed in the lip 411. A second notch is formed in the lip 412 at a position that does not overlap the first notch in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】外壁通気工法において十分な通気量を確保しつつ横目地からの浸水を防止することが可能な通気シール材及びそれに関連する技術の提供。【解決手段】通気シール材１は、外壁５１，５２と躯体６との間に形成された通気層ＡＺに設けられる。通気シール材１は、水切板３とリップ取付板４とを含む屈曲板２と、リップ取付板４のうち室外側を向く面４１に設けられるリップ４１１と、リップ４１１と離間するようにリップ４１１の上側に設けられるリップ４１２とを備える。リップ４１１，４１２は、リップ取付板４から外壁５１，５２に向けて延在する横方向に長尺な部材である。水切板３のうち室外側の端部は、横目地７を塞ぐことなく横目地７の隙間に配置される。リップ４１１には、第一切り欠きが形成されている。リップ４１２には、上下方向に関して第一切り欠きと重ならない位置に第二切り欠きが形成されている。【選択図】図５
