CONCRETE RETAINING WALL MADE OF MOLDING MEMBER FIXED IN LADDER SHAPE
To provide a concrete structure made of a molding member fixed in a ladder shape which can solve the problem of a reinforced concrete structure.SOLUTION: A concrete retaining wall includes: a floor board form 10 in which two floor board plate materials 5 that have a dovetail groove provided on a plate surface of a plate material 3 and are worked to be recessed on both side faces are arranged side by side, and ladder-shaped floor board form materials 7 fixed by a plurality of floor board plate separator 6 and connection plate materials 9 worked to be projected on both side faces of the plate material 3 are alternately connected and fixed, on a retaining wall foundation base A; a foundation form of a retaining wall in which the ladder-shaped floor board form materials 7 and the connection plate materials 9 are alternately connected and fixed to form a haunch 8, on the floor board form 10; and a plurality of drainage pipes 17 in which two wall plate materials that have a dovetail groove provided on the plate material 3 and have a plurality of dowel holes provided on both side faces are arranged side by side provided on a form skeleton of a retaining wall composed of a wall B of a retaining wall obtained by performing masonry, assembling and fixing and a buttress C by using a ladder-shaped wall form material obtained by inserting a plurality of wall plate separators 14 and a dowel tree 16, and is formed by placing concrete 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート構築物の課題が解決できる梯子状に固定した成型部材で造るコンクリート構築物を提供する。【解決手段】擁壁基礎基盤Ａの上に、板材３の板面に蟻溝を設けて両側面に凹加工した床盤板材５を２枚並置し、複数の床盤板セパ６で固定して成る梯子状の床盤型枠材７と板材３の両側面に凸加工した連結板材９を、交互に連結固定して成る床盤型枠１０、その上に、梯子状の床盤型枠材７と連結板材９を交互に連結固定してハンチ８を成した擁壁の基礎型枠、その上に、板材３に蟻溝を設けて両側面に複数のダボ穴を設けた壁板材を２枚並置して、壁板材の蟻溝に、複数の壁板セパ１４を差し込んで成る梯子状の壁型枠材とダボ木１６を用いて、組積組固定して成る擁壁の壁Ｂと控え壁Ｃで成る擁壁の型枠躯体に複数の水抜きパイプ１７を設けて、コンクリート１８を打設して成るコンクリート擁壁。【選択図】図1
