CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTED OF MOLDING MEMBER FIXED IN LADDER SHAPE
To provide a concrete construction constructed of molding members fixed in a ladder shape capable of solving a problem of a reinforced concrete construction.SOLUTION: A concrete construction constructed of molding members fixed in a ladder shape is produced by installing concrete 10 into a formwork skeleton C of a construction to form a plain concrete construction 11. The formwork skeleton C of a construction is constituted of: a ladder-shaped wall molding member 6 formed by inserting a plurality of plate separators 5 for a wall which are processed to have dovetail tenons 4 at both ends into dovetail grooves 2 of a molding plate material 3 provided with dovetail grooves 2 in a plate face of a plate material 1, and assembling and fixing them in a ladder shape; a ladder-shaped floor board molding member 8 formed by inserting a plurality of plate separators 7 for a floor board which are processed to have dovetail tenons 4 at both ends with a constant interval into the dovetail grooves 2 of the two molding plate materials 3 arranged side by side with an interval on a wall skeleton A constituted by assembling and fixing the ladder-shaped wall molding members 6, and assembling and fixing them in a ladder shape; and a floor board skeleton B formed by alternately arranging side by side the ladder-shaped floor board molding member 8 and the plate material 1, and connecting and fixing using a machine screw 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート構築物の課題が解決できる梯子状に固定した成型部材で造るコンクリート構築物を提供する。【解決手段】板材1の板面に蟻溝2を設けた成型用板材3の蟻溝2に、両端に蟻ホゾ4加工した複数の壁用板セパ5を差し込み、梯子状に組固定して成る梯子状の壁成型部材6、該梯子状の壁成型部材6を用いて組積固定して成る壁躯体Aの上に、間隔を開けて並置した2枚の成型用板材3の蟻溝2に、両端に蟻ホゾ4加工した複数の床盤用板セパ7を均等間隔に差し込み、梯子状に組固定して成る梯子状の床盤成型部材8、該梯子状の床盤成型部材8と板材1を、交互に並置してビス9を用いて、連結固定して成る床盤躯体Bで構築物の型枠躯体Cを成し、該構築物の型枠躯体C内へ、コンクリート10を打設して無筋コンクリート構築物11を形成する、梯子状に固定した成型部材で造るコンクリート構築物。【選択図】 図1
