To provide a rainwater storage and infiltration facility where the state of sediment accumulation in the tank can be easily checked from the top of the facility and the tank as a whole can be easily cleaned, and a sediment retention plate applied to the facility.SOLUTION: A sediment retention plate 120 has a plurality of frame-shaped block units 115 spread in a ground 112 with the corners of the upper and lower plates connected by pedestals, has a side edge portion that adheres to the side of the pedestal, and is fitted between the adjacent pedestals so that side portions of the frame-shaped block unit 115 are closed. A rainwater storage and infiltration facility 105 has a sediment retention space 118 surrounded by the frame-shaped block units, an inspection opening (122) formed above the sediment retention space, a rainwater inflow portion that communicates with the sediment retention space, and a water storage outflow portion provided at the other end of the facility. The side portion of the frame-shaped block units surrounding the sediment retention space is closed with the sediment retention plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】槽内の堆砂物の堆積状態を施設の上部から容易に確認でき、槽全体として清掃が容易となる雨水貯留浸透施設およびこの雨水貯留浸透施設に適用される堆砂滞留板を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】この堆砂滞留板120は、上下面板の隅部同士が脚柱で連結され枠状ブロックユニット115が複数個地中112に敷き詰められ、脚柱の側面に密着する側縁部を有し、隣接した脚柱の間に嵌合され、枠状ブロックユニット115の側部が閉塞されるようになっている。雨水貯留浸透施設105は枠状ブロックユニットに囲包された堆砂滞留空域部118と、堆砂滞留空域部の上方に形成された点検開口部(122)と、堆砂滞留空域部に連通する雨水流入部と、施設他端に設けられた貯水流出部とを有し、堆砂滞留空域部を囲包する枠状ブロックユニットの側部が堆砂滞留板で閉塞されている。【選択図】 図13
