To makes it possible to prevent a potential problem to occur in drawing out an existing pile using a hollow steel pipe around which holes are arranged.SOLUTION: A hollow steel pipe 10 inserted around an existing structure such as an existing pile buried in the ground when drawing out the existing structure buried in the ground may comprise: a peripheral surface hole 20 arranged in a peripheral surface of the hollow steel pipe 10; a soil flowing-out/in prevention member 30 preventing soil in the ground from flowing out/in through the peripheral surface holes 20. The soil flowing-out/in prevention member 30 may be composed of a lid member sealing at least a part of the peripheral surface hole 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】周面に孔が設けられた中空鋼管を利用して既存杭を引き抜く場合に生じうる問題を解消することができるようにする。【解決手段】地盤に埋設された既存杭をはじめとする、地盤に埋設された既設構造物を引き抜く際に既設構造物の周囲に貫入させる中空の鋼管であって、当該中空鋼管１０の周面に設けられた周面孔２０と、該周面孔２０を通じて地盤の土が流出入するのを抑止する土流出入抑止部材３０と、を有する、中空鋼管１０である。土流出入抑止部材３０は、周面孔２０の少なくとも一部を閉塞する蓋部材からなるものであってもよい。【選択図】図９
