To provide a drawing-out method that prevents soil from being deposited or stuck on the inside of a hollow steel pipe upon edge-cutting between an existing structure buried in the ground such as an existing pile and its surrounding ground.SOLUTION: A hollow steel pipe 10 comprises a deposition prevention mechanism 40 removing deposited soil on an inner peripheral wall 10i and backfill material. The deposition prevention mechanism 40 may include a co-rotation prevention mechanism 42. The co-rotation prevention mechanism 42 may be provided with apertures 43 arranged along an outer peripheral wall 10o of the hollow steel pipe 10 and a protruding body 44 passing through the apertures 43 from the inside to the outside of the hollow steel pipe 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12A
【課題】既存杭をはじめとする、地盤に埋設された既設構造物とその周囲地盤とを中空鋼管により縁切りするにあたり、当該中空鋼管の内部に土が付着したりこびりついたりしてしまうのを抑制する。【解決手段】中空鋼管10は、内周壁10iに付着した土及び埋め戻し材を削ぎ落とす付着抑制機構40を有する。付着抑制機構40は、供回り抑制機構42を含むものであってもよい。供回り抑制機構42は、当該中空鋼管10の外周壁10oに沿って設けられた開孔43と、当該中空鋼管10の内側から外側に向かい開孔43を通じる突起体44と、を備えていてもよい。【選択図】図12A
