To provide, in a residential complex or the like, a face authentication system and program capable of permitting movement from outside the residential complex to a prescribed space by means of face authentication by registering information on face images of each resident in advance.SOLUTION: A face authentication platform 10 receives admission invitation information from an admission management system 20, and then transmits registration request information to a user terminal 50 identified based on user identification information. After transmitting the registration request information, the face authentication platform 10 receives user face image information and registration information, and then stores the user face image information and the registration information in a first storage unit 18 and transmits the user face image information to a first imaging device 30A. If the user is authenticated in the first imaging device 30A, limitation by an admission limiting device 40 is removed, and movement from an outside to a prescribed space is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】集合住宅等において各居住者の顔画像に関する情報を予め登録することにより顔認証によって集合住宅の外部から所定のスペースへの移動を許容することができる顔認証システムおよびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】顔認証プラットフォーム１０は、入館招待情報を入館管理システム２０から受け付けるとユーザ識別情報に基づいて特定されるユーザ端末５０に対して登録要求情報を送信する。また、顔認証プラットフォーム１０は、登録要求情報を送信した後にユーザの顔画像に関する情報および登録情報を受け付けるとユーザの顔画像に関する情報および登録情報を第１記憶部１８に記憶させるとともに第１撮像装置３０Ａに対してユーザの顔画像に関する情報を送信する。第１撮像装置３０Ａにおいてユーザの認証が行われると入場規制装置４０による規制が解除されて外部から所定のスペースへの移動が許容される。【選択図】図１
