To provide, in a residential complex or the like, a face authentication system and program capable of performing processing related to a room number by face authentication by registering information on face images of each resident in advance.SOLUTION: A face authentication platform 10 transmits registration request information, thereafter receives at least user face image information and registration information, and then stores in a storage unit 18 the user face image information, a room number and the registration information received and transmits the user face image information to first to fifth imaging devices 30A-30E. If authentication units 36B-36E authenticate the user by comparing information on user face images imaged by respective imaging units 34B-34E with the user face image information stored in respective storage units 38B-38E, then a processing device performs processing related to the room number of the authenticated user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】集合住宅等において各居住者の顔画像に関する情報を予め登録することにより顔認証によって部屋番号に関連する処理を行うことができる顔認証システムおよびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】顔認証プラットフォーム１０は、登録要求情報を送信した後に少なくともユーザの顔画像に関する情報および登録情報を受け付けると、受け付けたユーザの顔画像に関する情報、部屋番号および登録情報を記憶部１８に記憶させるとともに第１～第５撮像装置３０Ａ～３０Ｅに対してユーザの顔画像に関する情報を送信する。各撮像部３４Ｂ～３４Ｅにより撮像されたユーザの顔画像に関する情報が認証部３６Ｂ～３６Ｅによって各記憶部３８Ｂ～３８Ｅに記憶されているユーザの顔画像に関する情報と比較されることによりユーザの認証が行われると、認証されたユーザの部屋番号に関連する処理が処理装置により行われる。【選択図】図１
