FIXING STRUCTURE OF MEMBRANE MATERIAL END
To provide a fixing structure of a membrane material end which dispenses with peripheral processing of a membrane material at a plant, and facilitates tension introduction and adjustment of a membrane material at a site.SOLUTION: A fixing structure of a membrane material end includes: a membrane end fixing frame 10 connected in a longitudinal direction of a side end of a pipe structure 2; fixing bolts 20 arranged on the membrane end fixing frame 10 at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the pipe structure 2; and a membrane end pressing plate 30 for penetrating each bolt shaft of the fixing bolt 20 and held on each of the bolt shafts, and sandwiching the end of a membrane material 1. The fixing bolt 20 is fixed and held on the membrane end fixing frame 10 so that the bolt shafts are substantially perpendicular to a surface where the membrane material 1 is expanded, inserts an engagement hole formed on the end of the membrane material 1 to the fixing bolt 20, sandwiches the end of the membrane material with the membrane end pressing plate 30, moves the membrane end pressing plate 30 in a bolt shaft direction, and fixes and holds the membrane material 1 with a step between the expanded surface of the membrane material 1 and the surface of the membrane end sandwiching frame 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 工場での膜材の周囲加工が不要で、現場で膜材の張力導入、調整が容易な膜材端部の定着構造を提供する。【解決手段】 パイプ構造体2の側端の長手方向に沿って連結された膜端定着フレーム10と、パイプ構造体2の長手方向に沿って所定間隔をあけて膜端定着フレーム10上に配列された定着用ボルト20と、定着用ボルト20の各ボルト軸に貫通保持され、膜材1の端部を挟持する膜端押圧板30とを備える。定着用ボルト20は、ボルト軸が膜材1の展張された面と略直交するように膜端定着フレーム10に固定保持され、膜材1の端部に形成された係止孔を定着用ボルト20に挿通させ、膜端押圧板30で膜材の端部を挟持し、ボルト軸方向に沿って膜端押圧板30を移動させ、展張された膜材1の面と膜端挟持フレーム10の面との段差をつけて膜材1を定着保持する。【選択図】 図1
