To provide a two-multistage parking device monitoring system and an operation signal branching method for the two-multistage parking device monitoring system, which can be introduced at low cost.SOLUTION: A two-multistage parking device monitoring system for raising and lowering a plurality of pallets on which a vehicle can be mounted, includes: a lifting motor which lifts the pallets; a printed circuit board which controls the lifting motor using a signal line; a branching connector which branches the signal line into branch wiring; a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) which is connected to the branch wiring and acquires an operation signal of the signal line via the branch wiring; and a monitoring center to which the operation signal obtained by the PLC is transmitted and which monitors the two-multistage parking device based on the operation signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
