MULTISTAGE PARKING PLACE MONITORING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage parking place monitoring system for preventing an increase in use stopping time while preventing the occurrence of an unintended accident by erroneous operation of a user.SOLUTION: A multistage parking place monitoring system comprises: a monitoring terminal device 1 for monitoring by acquiring image information of a user using an operation panel 9 of a multistage parking place device; and a monitoring sensor 5 including a monitor 5D connected to the monitoring terminal device 1 so as to be capable of transmitting and receiving and displaying a received image of the user and a plurality of prestored menu images on the same display image screen, and a control part 5B for transmitting voice information corresponding to one menu image selected on the display image screen of the monitor 5D and extracted selection information indicating a loudspeaker 3 to which the voice information is to be outputted after extracting the loudspeaker 3, to the monitoring terminal device 1. The monitoring terminal device 1 executes attention broadcasting corresponding to the selected menu image from the extracted loudspeaker 3, based on the received voice information and selection information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】利用者の誤操作による意図しない事故の発生を未然に防ぐとともに、利用停止時間の増加を防ぐ多段式駐車場監視システムを提供する。【解決手段】多段式駐車場装置の操作盤９を使用する利用者の映像情報を取得し、監視する監視端末装置１と、監視端末装置１と送受信可能に接続され、受信した利用者の映像と、予め記憶した複数のメニュー画像とを同一の表示画面に表示するモニター５Ｄ及び当該モニター５Ｄの表示画面上で選択された１つのメニュー画像に対応する音声情報と、出力すべきスピーカー３を抽出し、監視端末装置１に抽出されたスピーカー３を示す選択情報とを送信する制御部５Ｂを含む監視センタ５と、を備え、監視端末装置１は、受信した音声情報と選択情報に基づいて選択されたメニュー画像に対応する注意放送を抽出したスピーカー３から行わせる。【選択図】図３
