To provide the producing method of an asphalt mixture instantaneously corresponding to shipping of an ordinary mixture and a medium temperature mixture, with a relatively simple constitution and while suppressing a setting space.SOLUTION: A room temperature sand storage bin 20 storing unheated room temperature sand is provided in a plant body 3, and an operation panel 4 calculates an adjusting heat quantity occupied by the sand by reducing a fixed heat quantity occupied by materials other than the sand from a total heat quantity required to produce a medium temperature mixture for one batch, and calculates a mixing ratio of the heated sand to the room temperature sand so that the heat quantity matches the adjusting heat quantity. When producing the medium temperature mixture, while materials other than sand are charged into a mixer 19 according to a blending ratio, the heated sand and the room temperature sand are charged into the mixer 19 on the basis of the mixing ratio. Moisture in the room temperature sand is evaporated while mixing each material, and the evaporation heat at that time is used to adjust the temperature to the desired shipping temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 比較的簡易な構成で、かつ設置スペースを抑えながらも、通常混合物や中温化混合物の出荷に即座に対応可能とするアスファルト混合物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 プラント本体３に未加熱の常温砂を貯蔵する常温砂貯蔵ビン２０を備えると共に、操作盤４では、１バッチ分の中温化混合物を製造するのに要する総熱量から砂以外の材料が占める固定熱量を減じて砂が占める調整熱量を演算し、この調整熱量に見合う熱量となるように加熱砂と常温砂との混合割合を算出しておく。そして、中温化混合物を製造するときには、砂以外の材料は配合通りにミキサ１９に投入する一方、砂は前記混合割合に基づいて加熱砂と常温砂とを前記ミキサ１９に投入し、前記各材料を混合する間に常温砂に含まれる水分を蒸発させ、かつその際の気化熱を利用して所望の出荷温度に調整する。【選択図】 図１
