METHOD FOR PRODUCING ASPHALT MIXTURE
To provide a method for producing an asphalt mixture containing new asphalt and a recycled aggregate, with which the sufficient quality can be easily obtained.SOLUTION: A method for producing an asphalt mixture of the present invention includes: an old asphalt separation step (S2) of peeling off old asphalt from a surface of a recycled aggregate containing the old asphalt by a separator; and a new asphalt mixing step (S6) of mixing the recycled aggregate after the separation step with new asphalt. Preferably, the new asphalt is foamed asphalt, and the method includes a first classification step (S1) of classifying the recycled aggregate as a base material into a first recycled aggregate having a relatively large particle size and a second recycled aggregate having a relatively small particle size before the separation step (S2), and the separation step (S2) is performed on the first recycled aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本発明は、十分な品質が得られやすい新規アスファルト及び再生骨材を含むアスファルト混合物の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のアスファルト混合物の製造方法は、分離機によって、旧アスファルトを含む再生骨材の表面から旧アスファルトを剥離させる、旧アスファルトの分離工程（Ｓ２）、及び前記分離工程後の再生骨材と、新規アスファルトとを混合する、新規アスファルトの混合工程（Ｓ６）を含む。好ましくは、新規アスファルトは、フォームドアスファルトであり、また前記分離工程（Ｓ２）の前に、母材である再生骨材を分級して比較的粒径の大きい第一の再生骨材と比較的粒径の小さい第二の再生骨材とに分級する第一の分級工程（Ｓ１）を含み、前記分離工程（Ｓ２）を第一の再生骨材に対して行う。【選択図】 図３
