WATER-SAVING MEASURES FOR VERTICAL MOVEMENT LEVER FAUCET
To provide a vertical movement lever faucet capable of improving usage conditions and contributing to water-saving.SOLUTION: A vertical movement lever faucet is convenient and easy to use, but on the other hand, a movement distance from fully closed to fully open is short, and it is difficult to realize how far a faucet is currently open. Compared to the conventional type that controls an amount of water by turning a grip, the vertical movement lever faucet has a single action from fully closed to fully opened, so there is a tendency to use a lot of wasteful water like "always fully open". In order to solve this problem, several clicks that are clearly transmitted to a hand are added between full closing and full opening of the vertical movement lever faucet. This allows the user to be aware of how much a lever has been opened and to control the amount of discharge.
【課題】上下型レバー水栓の使用状況を改善し、節水に寄与する。【解決手段】上下型レバー水栓は便利、手軽な反面、全閉から全開までの移動距離が短く、現在どれ位、栓を開けているのかを自覚しにくい。にぎりをグルグル回転して水量をコントロールする従来型に比べ、上下型レバー水栓は全閉から全開まで一動作であるため、「いつでも全開」的な無駄な水の使用が多い傾向にある。これを解決するために、上下型レバー水栓の全閉～全開の間に明確に手に伝わるクリックを数か所付ける。これにより、どれ位栓を開けているかを自覚し、使用者に吐出量をコントロールさせることを目的とする。
