CREEP DISPLACEMENT DIFFERENCE ABSORPTION MECHANISM AND BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
To provide a creep displacement difference absorption mechanism and a base-isolated building which can reduce the kind of components compared to the case where a horizontal regulation part for regulating movement in a horizontal direction and a vertical regulation part for regulating a deformation amount in a vertical direction are provided.SOLUTION: A creep displacement difference absorption mechanism 30 includes: a laminated rubber bearing 32 provided above a slide bearing 20 with a less strain amount in a vertical direction by a creep out of a plurality of laminated rubber bearings 22 and slide bearings 20 which are provided in a base-isolated layer 16 of a base-isolated building 10 and have different creep characteristics; and permission and restriction members 34 which are provided on the outer peripheral part of the laminated rubber bearing 32, permit deformation in a vertical direction of the laminated rubber bearing 32, and restrict deformation in a horizontal direction of the laminated rubber bearing 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水平方向の移動を規制する水平規制部と鉛直方向の変形量を規制する鉛直規制部とが夫々設けられている場合と比較して、部品の種類を減らすことが可能なクリープ変位差吸収機構及び免震建物を提供する。【解決手段】クリープ変位差吸収機構30は、免震建物10の免震層16に配置されたクリープ特性が異なる複数の積層ゴム支承22及びすべり支承20のうちクリープによる鉛直方向の歪量が少ないすべり支承20の上側に設けられた積層ゴム支承32と、積層ゴム支承32の外周部に設けられ、積層ゴム支承32の鉛直方向への変形を許容し、かつ、積層ゴム支承32の水平方向への変形を規制する許容規制部材34と、を備える。【選択図】図2
