INJECTION DISTANCE SUPERIORITY PREDICTION METHOD FOR HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION NOZZLE AND INJECTION DISTANCE SUPERIORITY PREDICTION DEVICE FOR HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION NOZZLE USING THEREFOR
To provide an injection distance superiority prediction method for a high-pressure nozzle capable of solving a problem in a previous improved body measuring device that requires many processes and much time to measure a finished shape of an improved body as measuring the finished body of the improved body using an improved body measuring device after the finished body of the improved body is constructed in the ground.SOLUTION: The present invention can take into consideration the absolute average strength of injection force of hardener liquid injected from a high-pressure nozzle device 3 by use of an average value of collision load calculated in a collision load average value calculation process, and can also take into consideration the reciprocal motion oscillation of injection water injected from the high-pressure nozzle of the high-pressure nozzle device 3 from a specific position of a target 6 by use of a standard deviation of the collision load calculated in a collision load standard deviation calculation process, thereby capable of more precisely predicting superiority of injection distance of the hardener liquid injected from the high-pressure nozzle device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の改良体測定装置は、地盤中に改良体の出来形が造成された後に、改良体測定装置を用いて、改良体の出来形を測定するものであったので、改良体の出来形を測定するために多くの工数および時間を要するという問題があった。【解決手段】本発明は、衝突荷重平均値算出工程により算出された衝突荷重の平均値を用いることにより、高圧噴射ノズル装置3から噴射される硬化材液の噴射力の絶対的平均強さを考慮でき、また、衝突荷重標準偏差算出工程により算出された衝突荷重の標準偏差値を用いることにより、高圧噴射ノズル装置3の高圧水噴射ノズルから噴射させた噴射水が標的6の所定の位置からの往復移動振れも考慮できるので、より正確に高圧噴射ノズル装置3から噴射される硬化材液の噴射距離の優劣が予測できる。【選択図】図1
