To provide a renovation fitting capable of further improving the airtight performance between an existing frame and a new frame.SOLUTION: A renovation fitting 1 includes: a new frame 2 which is attached to an existing frame 6 provided in an opening of building 100, and which is constituted of four peripheries assembled together; and an attachment frame 3 which is attached to an inner periphery side of the existing frame 6 in a state with four peripheries assembled together being attached onto an outer periphery of the new frame 2; and an airtight structure 70 arranged to connect the attachment frame 3 with the existing frame 6 attached to the new frame 2. The airtight structure 70 includes: an existing frame side airtight pasting sheet material 71 at least part of which is to be pasted onto existing frame 6; and a connecting airtight pasting sheet material 72 that connects the existing frame side airtight pasting sheet material 71 with the attachment frame 3, with one end side being pasted onto the attachment frame 3, while the other end being pasted overlapping the existing frame side airtight pasting sheet material 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
