To provide a renovation fitting capable of attaching a new frame even when the frame of the building is RC (reinforced concrete) construction or SC (steel frame) construction.SOLUTION: A renovation fitting 1 includes: a new frame 2 formed of four sides, which is to be attached to an existing frame 6 placed in an opening of a building 100; an attachment frame 3 formed of four sides on a perimeter of the new frame 2, which is placed at an inner circumference side of the existing frame 6; and a connecting member 8 that is placed between the existing frame 6 and the attachment frame 3, and which is fixed at the inner circumference side of the existing frame 6 to which the attachment frame 3 is attached to the perimeter of new frame 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の躯体がＲＣ（鉄筋コンクリート）造やＳＣ（鉄骨）造の納まりであっても新設枠を設けることができる改装建具を提供すること。【解決手段】改装建具１は、建物１００の開口部に設けられた既設枠６に取り付けられ、四周を組んで構成された新設枠２と、新設枠２の外周に四周を組んで取り付けられ既設枠６の内周側に配置されるアタッチメント枠３と、既設枠６とアタッチメント枠３との間に配置されると共に、既設枠６の内周側に固定され、新設枠２の外周に取り付けられたアタッチメント枠３が取り付けられる接続部材８と、を備える。【選択図】図２
