To improve heat insulation without increasing cost.SOLUTION: A window sash 10 is fixed in a frame opening 2 of a frame 1. An outer wall member 30 is provided to cover an outer surface 3 of the frame 1 via a ventilation layer 4. A plate-like first heat insulating material 40 is attached outside am outer edge 10a of the window sash 10 on the outer surface 3 of the frame 1. A second heat insulating material 50 spanning all or part of a front surface 16 around the window sash 10 and the outer surface of the member forming the frame opening 2, that joined to the first heat insulating material 40 and having a larger thickness dimension than the first heat insulating material 40 is attached. A base plate 60 that covers the second heat insulating material 50 to form the ventilation layer 4 between the first heat insulating material 40 and forms an outer wall depth base surface 62 together with the second heat insulating material 50 is provided. A plastered wall material 80 is applied to the outer surface of the base plate 60 and the outer wall depth base surface 62. The outer wall member 30 is composed of the base plate 60 and the plastered wall material 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 コスト高になることなく断熱性の向上を図る。【解決手段】 躯体1の躯体開口2内に窓サッシ10を固定し、この躯体1の外面3を通気層4を介して覆う外壁部材30を設け、躯体1の外面3であって窓サッシ10の外縁10aより外側に板状の第1断熱材40を付設し、窓サッシ10の周囲の全部若しくは一部の見付け面16と躯体開口2を形成する部材の外面との間に跨って、第1断熱材40に接合され第1断熱材40よりも厚さ寸法が大きい第2断熱材50を付設し、第2断熱材50を覆って第1断熱材40との間に通気層4を形成し第2断熱材50とともに外壁見込み下地面62を形成する下地板60を設け、下地板60の外表面及び外壁見込み下地面62に塗り壁材80を塗布し、下地板60及び塗り壁材80により外壁部材30を構成した。【選択図】図2
