SYSTEM COPING WITH FLOOD DISASTER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
To identify, in real time, an inundation range when a flood disaster occurs in a state where an actual condition including a temporal change of the inundation at a time point of determination is reflected while reducing a facility cost.SOLUTION: A system coping with a flood disaster comprises a storage section K6 for storing areas predicted to be inundated for each predetermined time from the point of time when a dike brake occurs at a dike break point for each one of the dike break points assumed along a river dike as a plurality of different predicted areas before inundation occurrence for each predetermined time. The system also comprises: a plurality of pieces of inundation detection means Wk for detecting an inundation at different places of the predicted areas before the inundation occurrence; and an inundation occurrence area derivation section K3 for deriving a high-accuracy inundation occurrence areas being the areas with a high possibility of the inundation occurrence at the present time point as flood disaster information based on the detection results of the inundation detection means Wk at the present time point and the predicted areas before inundation occurrence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設備コストを低減しながらも、水害発生時の浸水範囲を、浸水の経時的な変化を含む判定時点の実態をより反映した状態でリアルタイムに特定する。【解決手段】河川の堤防に沿って想定される破堤点毎に、破堤点にて破堤が発生した時点から所定時間毎で浸水すると予測される領域を、所定時間毎に複数の異なる浸水発生事前予測領域として記憶する記憶部K6を備え、浸水を検出する浸水検出手段Wkを浸水発生事前予測領域の異なる場所に複数備え、現時点における複数の浸水検出手段Wkの検出結果と、複数の浸水発生事前予測領域とに基づいて、現時点で浸水が発生している可能性が高い領域として高確度浸水発生領域を水害情報として導出する浸水発生領域導出部K3を備える。【選択図】図1
