PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND LOOSENING MEMBER HOLDING MECHANISM USED IN THE PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a pile construction method and a loosening member holding mechanism used in the pile construction method, capable of suppressing sediment clogging in a pile during excavation of an intermediate layer without increasing a manufacturing cost of the pile or complicating a manufacturing process, promoting sediment clogging in the pile at the time of penetration after reaching a predetermined depth (for example, a support layer).SOLUTION: A pile construction method for rotationally penetrating a tubular pile 1 into a ground 9, comprises: a first penetration step of arranging one or more loosening members 3 extending in an axial direction of the pile 1 along an inner wall of the pile 1, and rotationally penetrating the pile 1 while loosening a soil 19 in the pile by the loosening member 3; and a second penetration step of rotationally penetrating the pile 1 while rotating the loosening member 3 on the same axis as the rotation of the pile 1 after the pile 1 reaches a predetermined depth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】杭の製造コスト増加や製造工程を煩雑化させることなく、中間層の掘削時には杭内の土砂閉塞を抑制し、所定の深さに到達後(例えば支持層)の貫入時には杭内の土砂閉塞を促進させることができる杭の施工方法及び該杭の施工方法に用いるほぐし部材保持機構を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る杭の施工方法は、管状の杭1を地盤9に回転貫入する杭の施工方法であって、杭1の軸方向に延びるほぐし部材3を、杭1の内壁に沿って1本以上配し、ほぐし部材3によって杭内の土砂19をほぐしながら杭1を回転貫入する第1貫入工程と、杭1が所定の深さに到達後、ほぐし部材3を、杭1の回転と同一軸で回転させながら杭1を回転貫入させる第2貫入工程とを備えたものである。【選択図】 図1
