To provide an earth structure capable of reinforcing while enabling water discharge from a rear side sloped face and suppressing water immersion from a top end face, and to provide a construction method of the same.SOLUTION: A reinforced earth structure has a main body portion formed of a front side sloped face, a rear side sloped face, and a top end face, and comprises a top end water cut-off improvement body and a sloped face water permeable improvement body. The top end water cut-off improvement body exhibits a water permeability lower than the main body portion, and is formed at an upper part of the top end face so as to cover the top end face. The sloped face water permeable improvement body contains a cement-based material as the main constituent, exhibits a water permeability higher than the main body portion, and is formed on a front face of the rear side sloped face so as to cover the rear side sloped face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち、裏側のり面からの排水を可能にしつつ補強するともに、天端面からの浸水を抑制することができる土構造物と、その構築方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の補強された土構造物は、表側のり面と裏側のり面と天端面によって形成される「本体部」を有する土構造物であって、「天端止水性改良体」と「のり面透水性改良体」を備えたものである。天端止水性改良体は、本体部よりも低い透水性を示し、天端面を覆うように天端面の上部に形成されるものである。のり面透水性改良体は、セメント系材料を主体とするもので、本体部よりも高い透水性を示し、裏側のり面を覆うように裏側のりの表面に形成されるものである。【選択図】図２
